No more news, as of yet, on the Dempster to L.A. trade..last night we were front runners…today, we are in the mix with other teams also in the running. For me, I’d rather go after, Headley. Oh well, we shall see what happens.

  2. trublu4ever says:

It’s time for Dodger Baseball.Go Dodgers!

  3. lbirken says:

Can’t say I am too excited about the trade rumors. My guess is if Ned can work a cheap deal he will but the new CBA and extra wild card team has changed the landscape. The Dodgers just don’t seem to have much to offer anyway.

  4. trublu4ever says:

    Woo-Hoo….way to go Matty!

  5. trublu4ever says:

    Easy come…easy go….damn it Harang!

  6. trublu4ever says:

    YAY…RBI for Dre!

  7. trublu4ever says:

    Cruz!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Yes!!!!!!!!!!

  8. lbirken says:

Two dingers already? Who are these guys?

  9. nedisajerk says:

Congratulation Thome for passing Sosa with 610 HR’s

  10. trublu4ever says:

I’m thinking we need to add a quality left fielder to our wish list.

    • trublu4ever says:

….so, that means, a pitcher, a 3rd baseman, perhaps a 1st baseman and an outfielder. That’s not asking for too much, is it? 😉

  11. Harang doesn’t know what to do with so many runs scored by the team, so he’s giving them back . . . .

  12. trublu4ever says:

Damn…the gnats are putting a whooping on the Phillies….come on boys, we need this game!

  13. trublu4ever says:

Whew! A few more runs would be appreciated!

  14. Every little bit helps 😉

  15. That didn’t help at all . . . but that is some amazing hitting by Valdespin.

  16. DodgerZona says:

    Come on Belly

  17. Dodger4life says:

How Juan Uribe with (41) combined RBI’s and count em’ (5) HR’s in over a year and a half, can still have a job is beyond me. Not to mention his stellar 2012 BA of .189!

  18. DodgerZona says:

I agree Dodger4life…Should of been DFA alonggggg time ago…But Ned loves him

  19. All right – a win! Good way to start the road trip, boys!

  20. enchantedbeaver says:

I see the boys are at least showing a little spunk.

  21. trublu4ever says:

What the hell are you doing to us, Donnie? Playing Kennedy, Uribe, Loney & Treanor……have you lost your freaking mind?! Tru is pissed off!

  22. trublu4ever says:

I just think hell just froze over….Uribe 2 RBIs!

  23. WOW!!! Uribe is earning his money for a change.

  24. trublu4ever says:

    Way to go Cruz!

  25. Uh oh, Cappy’s not pitching too good . . . .

  26. trublu4ever says:

Abreu is not doing a very good job in the field lately. Kind of lazy for my tastes!

  27. Cappy – good job. He should get a highlight reel for that play!

  28. nedisajerk says:

What is this Uribe walk twice and got 2 rbi’s.

  29. vl4eccjr says:

    Good afternoon all.
I see the the biggest duds are contributing some offense today for a change.
    What a surprise!!!

  30. trublu4ever says:

I guess the days of a comfortable lead are gone forever.

  31. vl4eccjr says:

I’m wondering if Loney’s offensive output will be a carbon copy of last year? It sure seems to be starting that way. .

  32. trublu4ever says:

Damn….here it goes again! What the hell Belli?!

  33. vl4eccjr says:

Belisario hasn’t been right his past few appearances. His velocity is down, and he’s throwing right down the middle.

  34. trublu4ever says:

    Holy Shit…Uribe….are you kidding me?!

    • vl4eccjr says:

This makes me think maybe Juan may be pooping some shoe leather today as a result of some team mates boots being planted up his backside. . .

  35. vl4eccjr says:

Holy shit! WTF has gotten into Uribum today?

  36. trublu4ever says:

    Shit…come on Kenley!

  37. vl4eccjr says:

    WHEW!!

  38. The pigs flew high and hell is still frozen. Love the guys scoring more than 2-3 runs; hope the relief pitchers can be a bit more efficient.

  39. trublu4ever says:

I know it’s a lot to ask but, LET’S SWEEP THE METS, DODGERS!!!

  40. I’ve been thinking broom and dust pan all morning, Tru. I’m sure as heck with you on that wish 🙂

  41. trublu4ever says:

    Yay, Juan (not Uribe) !!!!!

  42. trublu4ever says:

Damn…that’s a foul ball! Wake up Ump!

  43. Another bad call costs us a double . . . .

  44. Knocked out Niese – hopefully we can get a few more insurance runs here. There are days when you can never get enough 😉

  45. Abreu looked kinda sick there.

  46. Thank you, James – good dig!

  47. Oh crap – can’t Javy make it easy?

  48. Do you think Donnie remembers why Javy doesn’t close any more? Maybe what’s happening now might jog his memory!

  49. nedisajerk says:

Why not IBB Wright to set up for the dp?

  50. trublu4ever says:

    Damn, James! WTF!

  51. trublu4ever says:

Here goes the ballgame…so much for a sweep!

  52. trublu4ever says:

Man…these umps really screwed us today! Getting pissed at all the lousy ass calls.

  53. trublu4ever says:

Well, at least the Giants lost today….thanks to former Dodger Penny 😉

  54. Cruz comes through! How cool is that?

  55. Even Kennedy is hitting – the pigs are off and flying again

  56. trublu4ever says:

    Wow….talk about insurance runs!

  57. nedisajerk says:

No wonder they have the worse bullpen it was going to happen.

  58. I really like that it was a team effort – everyone got into the act.

  59. trublu4ever says:

Joyce may call loud strikes and, people think he’s a good umpire but, I think he stinks!

  60. nedisajerk says:

Can Loney pitch? I still want to see it.

  61. trublu4ever says:

Wow…..I love L.A.,,,, I love SWEEPS……on to St. Louis boys! Let’s do it to the Cards!!!! I want to be in first place before we meet the Giants next weekend. That’s not asking too much, is it?!

  62. Yippeee . . . . sweep! Good job, guys! If we do our job correctly, there’s a good possibility that we could be in first again. No, it’s not asking too much.

  63. enchantedbeaver says:

Just when you kick them to the curb and leave them for dead, they show a little life.

I understand that Kasten doesn’t want to trade prospects for rentals, but I don’t have any problem trading guys like Guerra, Herrera and Billz to improve if anyone will have them.

  64. nedisajerk says:

Congratulation 1st win for Wall but he might be send down tonight.

  65. 32and53fan says:

    Happy flight to St. Louis.
